1. Put the data files MasterDB.mdx and DB.cfg in a location of your choice.
2. Enter the full path (inc. Drive letter and final backslash) to the location in the [data] section of  RM.ini
e.g.
[data]
path=F:\MyData\

3. Replace the existing files RM.ini and RM2.exe on the workstations with the new files.

The program should now pick up the location of the data files on startup.
