Student personal information

We do not record student personal information except for email addresses (optional) when saving files produced using the Focus DT 2D Designer App or DT Materials Database App. This is for automated password retrieval purposes only and the information is securely stored on our eLearning server hosted in the UK. NB: there is no requirement to save files with an email address, any word and password combination will suffice. However, if an email address is not included, it is not then possible to retrieve access to a file if the user subsequently forgets his or her file name or password when the file was initially saved.

Our site’s eLearning Resources Free Trial request form requires you to provide us with some contact information (name, school, postcode and email address). We sometimes use this contact information to send you information about our company and our products and services by email, if you have ‘opted in’ to receive it.
